Meeting information for Standards Fellowship Program Participants.
Dates
The in-person IEEE SA Standards Fellowship program will run from 02-07 December 2023 in conjunction with the IEEE SA Standards Board (SASB) meetings (04-06 December 2023).
Meeting Location
The in-person IEEE SA Standards Fellowship program will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, 2 Albany Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey, 08901, U.S.A.

Standards Fellowship Program Schedule
A sample schedule can be found here. The final schedule will be available no later than one week prior to the program.
Presentation
During the program, participants will give a brief 5-6 slide presentation that includes information about their specific responsibilities; an overview of their organization and its engagement with other standards bodies responsibilities; and an overview of possible future activities where potential IEEE involvement may be beneficial.
For this presentation, please use this template. Presentations are to be sent to stds-fellowship@ieee.org no later than one week prior to the start of the Standards Fellowship Program.

You are expected to review the following material prior to attending the Standards Fellowship Program as you will be attending these Board/Committee meetings:

Electricity
In the USA, the standard voltage is 120 V and the frequency is 60 Hz. You may need a travel adapter and a converter to operate certain appliances.
Mobile Phone
Per the IEEE SA Standards Fellowship Program Participation Agreement, you are responsible for maintaining a mobile phone for at least two weeks prior to the meeting and until at least one week after the meeting that will work on site.
Prior to your meeting, please download WhatsApp as we will set up a group that will be used onsite for communicating during the meeting.
Dress Attire
Dress for all IEEE SA Standards Fellowship Programs is business casual unless otherwise communicated by the IEEE SA Fellowship Program Team.
