Important On-Site Information
This information applies to all Fellowship Programs, regardless of the program that you will be attending.
Per the IEEE SA Fellowship Program Participation Agreement, you are responsible for maintaining a mobile phone for at least two weeks prior to the meeting and until at least one week after the meeting that will work on site.
Prior to your meeting, please download WhatsApp as this will be used onsite for communicating during the meeting.
Dress for all IEEE SA Fellowship Programs is business casual unless otherwise communicated by the IEEE SA Fellowship Program Team.
Travel Adapter Plug
Please bring a travel adapter plug, if needed, as it will not be provided onsite.
It is recommended that you check a weather website for your destination prior to your departure.

Establish an IEEE Web Account
Prior to attending the meeting, it is recommended that you set up an IEEE Web Account (it is FREE and does not require IEEE or IEEE SA membership) as you may need to access websites that require this account during the Fellowship Program. Please sign up for an IEEE web account.
